I am a Homoeopathic Physician, Clinical Nutritionist and Food Safety Specialist, and I consult at Shishu Mangal Homoeo Pharmacy & Clinic in Udaipur, Tripura.

My training spans homoeopathic medicine, nutrition and health education, clinical nutrition, and food safety and quality management. I see these as connected parts of everyday health: what we eat, how food is handled, how we understand our symptoms, and how we make decisions about care.

Alongside consultation, I create health education content in English and Bengali, with the aim of making reliable health information easier to find and easier to understand.
